The Teach & Learn Computer is a educational home computer by Mattel. Unlike other systems with a similar design, this one stands out by using 5 inch Plastic records as the storage format, storing audio and presumably, data for the MCU to read. The MCU used in the TLC is a National Semiconductor COP422L.
