RPCN is a matchmaking server/netplay service that implements multiplayer functionality for PlayStation 3 emulator RPCS3. It implements rooms which permit matchmaking, scoreboards, title user storage (i.e. cloud saves), etc. All the settings and their descriptions are in rpcn.cfg. The compatibility list is available there. It doesn't support games which require their own custom server as it's outside the project's scope.
