Released in the 2005 by Hasbro and their subsidiary, Tiger Electronics, the The '''VideoNow XP ''' was a poorly thought out attempt by Hasbro and Tiger Electronics to save their VideoNow product line by allowing it to play video games. The hardware inside is about the equivalent to a low-end DVD player, resulting in all the games for the XP playing like a DVD extra with most titles being either QTE-based FMV games or something that plays like a DVD extra. There was also no third-party support.
