WonTemmie's launcher GUI works perfectly, but I can't even open a window when pressedget into any game due to some 'AVX2' error.

Recently, I seemed to have done something that's gotten all the latest versions running again. The only thing I can think of that possibly could have done this would be a Vulkan Runtime API I installed recently? Either way, it boots again now. Except , except at a solid 1 frame per 5-10 seconds in the menu ([https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCXyNk1Fghk which is actually a 3D environment!]), so I'm not even gonna bother getting ingame.
