Now, as I pointed out in one of those IP Addresses' talk page (and previously on one admin's talk page), it is revealed that this guy clearly has an intellectual disability on top of his poorly lacking understanding of English. It's because his own mind can't 'compute' the logic of normal people (editors) all around here. Now, as someone else up here first stated it, his addresses are all from one location - in fact, I added 8 IP addresses in all + a created user account likely to be from him at one admin's talk page. The sole operational admin has been MIA, and that's really disappointing; think we really need a 2nd complementary admin.
