===Emulation limits===
*Consoles: All consoles until the 6th generation (not tried Xbox ([[xemu]] and [[Cxbx-Reloaded]]), plus the [[Wii]] ([[Dolphin]]) and Wii U ([[Cemu]]) with an older version of Cemu (1.13.2) work (the latest version of Cemu can work with Mesa3D for Windows ([https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqcEgFFivu0 video tutorial is for yuzu and Ryujinx, but it should work for Cemu too (only follow if you have a PC which does not support the required OpenGL version of what emulator(s) you want to use)]), albeit at not the best speeds). Have not 100% tried [[PlayStation 3]] ([[RPCS3]]) yet, but [[Xbox 360]] ([[Xenia|Xenia Canary]]) surprisingly works (tested with the Xbox Live Arcade port of ''[[wikipedia:Banjo-Kazooie (video game)|Banjo-Kazooie]]''), though at slow speeds. Even [[Nintendo Switch]] ([[yuzu]] and [[Ryujinx]]) can work with [https://fdossena.com/?p=mesa/index.frag Mesa3D for Windows], at least for homebrew applications, since I have not tried any retail Switch games yet on either emulator, though I would not be surprised if those possibly do not boot, or if they do, run at super slow speeds (used already mentioned video tutorial for both emulators).
*Handhelds: All handhelds until the [[Nintendo 3DS]] ([[Citra]] and [[Panda3DS]]) work, with [[PlayStation Vita]] ([[Vita3K]]) needing Mesa3D for Windows (used already mentioned video tutorial yet again), but the results are not the best for the Vita.
*Mobile: Have not tried [[Android]] ([[Genymotion]]) or iOS ([[touchHLE]]) yet on my PC.

*Consoles: All consoles until possibly the [[Dreamcast]] ([[Flycast]] and [[redream]]) work at playable speeds. [[PlayStation 2]] ([[AetherSX2]] (patched with NetherSX2)), [[GameCube|Nintendo GameCube]], and [[Wii]] ([[Dolphin]]) do work, but with not the best performance.
*Handhelds: All handhelds until the [[Nintendo DS]] ([[DraStic]]) and [[PlayStation Portable emulators|PlayStation Portable]] ([[PPSSPP]]) work at playable speeds. [[Nintendo 3DS]] ([[Citra]]) does work, but with not the best performance. The [[Panda3DS]] (Nintendo 3DS) emulator, [[PlayStation Vita]] ([[Vita3K]]), and [[Nintendo Switch]] ([[yuzu]] and [[Skyline]]) don't even boot games at all.
*Mobile: Have not tried iOS ([[touchHLE]]) yet on my phone. VMOS Pro works for using older apps not supported on Android 12 such as ones that were last supported on Android 4.4.
*Other: [[Windows 2000/XP/Vista emulators|Windows]] ([[Winlator]] and [[ExaGear|ExaGear SU]]) also works, though not all games and apps will work. The [[mGBA]] core in the Windows version of [[RetroArch]] actually worked better than I expected, running decently. I have not managed to boot a single game in the Windows version of the standalone mGBA though. Even [[melonDS]] for Windows works, but is as slow as a slideshow. I have not managed to test the more complex emulators. [[Cemu]] surprisingly boots to the game screen, but I have not managed to get a single game working on there yet.

===Emulation limits===
*Consoles: All consoles until the 6th generation (for Xbox, [[xemu]] does not work because it requires OpenGL 4.0, which the GPU does not support, and I have not tried [[Cxbx-Reloaded]] via [[Wine]]/[[Proton]] yet), plus the [[Wii]] ([[Dolphin]]). Wii U ([[Cemu]]) and [[Nintendo Switch]] ([[yuzu]] and [[Ryujinx]]) do work with the software (llvmpipe) Vulkan renderer, but are as slow as a slideshow and only properly work for 2D games and Homebrew applications, with the emulators crashing if the software Vulkan renderer even dares to render 3D on Wii U and definitely Switch games. Have not 100% tried [[PlayStation 3]] ([[RPCS3]]) yet, but [[Xbox 360]] ([[Xenia|Xenia Canary]] via Wine/Proton) does not work (tested with the Xbox Live Arcade port of ''[[wikipedia:Banjo-Kazooie (video game)|Banjo-Kazooie]]'', being stuck on the Xbox Live Arcade screen, with some sound playing).
