Vita3K is the world's first work-in-progress, open-source PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows and MacOs.

Overview
The beginning of the Vita3K's code was uploaded to GitHub by petmac on January 28, 2018. Since early 2018 to April 2018, Vita3K was only able to run a few homebrew games and applications. It wouldn't run any commercial games as of yet.
