Upload file problem (After mediawiki software 1.31/1.32 update)

Hey. Could you please fix this problem where none of us can upload a file to the website. After trying to upload a pic file several times (and including editing the filename a bit and changing directory to grab the file from), it didn't work and led to this Action Failed page with the message below:

This issue seemed to occur after another admin, ITEM-3, updated this wiki's software from 1.26 or older to 1.31 or 1.32 on mid-February 2019. Inadvertently, it seems this has caused problems with file and image uploading processes here. As you can see, the last file uploaded to here was over 2 months ago, at the end of January 2019: Special:ListFiles & Special:Log/upload. ObiKKa (talk) 17:00, 1 May 2019 (EDT)

Password reset does not seem to work

Dear Jpx,

some time ago I created an account in here (Calindro). Unfortunately, I forgot my password so I tried resetting it. I already tried resetting the password several times via account name and via email ([email protected]) but I never receive any email.

Is there anything that could be done about it?

Sorry if this is the wrong way to contact you. I was looking for the message board mentioned on the main page but couldn't find it. I also searched for a contact email address or something like that. So if this isn't the appropriate place, I'm very sorry!

Inappropriate Pages and Changes to Wiki Pages

Jpx,

Please forgive if this isn't the way to report inappropriate behavior on this site. I found some of the pages were edited to say things like (imagine the seven words you can't say on television). I did change some of the pages back to their original content prior to the juvenile editing. If you were to check out the contributions from the following people:

• taken from this site's user creation log page (sorry for the language).

You would see what they did and the risk of a minor stumbling upon those pages.
