Pokemon Crystal Only 16K and GB Wars 3 are explicitly stated to be supported. However, more games 32K ROM images are compatible. Additionally, there is support for the PCM channel, allowing for Chessmaster and Pokemon Pikachu to play back digitized audio samples.

NESMac was originally derived from [[A2Mac]], an unreleased emulator of the Apple II Plus, another machine using a 6502 processor. The first version emulator was made in June 1994created to run early Namco games, with limited distribution beginning in January 1995such as Cumans and Battle City.
