Does anyone have an archive of the Gitlab statement at this link?[1] The page has been deleted, as discussed here[2] and here[3] (partial archive of that thread here[4]) Cf81e83dd1df973f70c9c82e29c314ea (talk) 11:22, 29 November 2021 (UTC)

Found a partial one[5]. Issue copied below, but response still missing:

Violation of the GPL3 licence of your project

Your last answer about the issue on Github : " Closing this as a.) the project has moved to https://gitlab.com/inolen/redream b.) i will write about the source code transition in the next week or two as we wrap up the current milestone "

You have too disabled the issues section on Github, but I'm here now. I see now we, users, can't download the source code of the project on Gitlab ( need special access ). And we still need to pay to have binaries of the software

Is it your answer for the communauty and the future users of the project ?

If we can't download now the source code, we can say that you violate the GPL3 licence now.

Think I found it. It looks like the original poster quoted it on a different github.[6] It appears to be as follows:

No, the project is not in violation of the GPL.

This project does not use any GPL licensed dependencies, so there are no copyleft stipulations requiring the code to be licensed under the GPL, leaving myself (the author) to license the code as I see fit.

Previously, the code was public and provided under the GPL license. Now however, the source is closed and not provided to you under any open source license.
