Sky3DS only permits piracy, but can load homebrew through Ninjhax and a Cubic Ninja ROM due to perfectly copying a retail card. CFW only permit homebrew. My guess is that CFW can be combined with the Sky3DS in getting 'the best of both worlds'. [thread=385142 These results] suggest that such a combination should be possible...
