General Information
To run Egg NS you need a very high-end device, Unlike Skyline, Egg NS has better compatibility and performance, but its optimization is poor, sometimes the emulator uses unnecessary resources causing the emulator to crash sometimes and there are also games that, despite having a very powerful device, can be quite slow, especially in 3D games.
Issues
Subtle form of marketing
Despite advertising itself as a "free" emulator, the truth is that in order to use the emulator, you need to use a specific controller (Gamesir 2X) and you cannot use any other controller. And, it is known that Egg NS is working with the company who designs these controls.
Privacy Concerns
Egg NS asks to register an account with a real email before playing - this is quite worrying since you do not know where that data is going as not much information is given about the server and where that account is registered. So, it is not recommended to use your actual email.
Code Steal
Like DamonPs2, the totally scummy Egg NS has been proven to steal code from yuzu without permission. For example, Egg NS shares several problems in games yuzu has. Fun facts: if you manage to start Egg NS without an account, the default account name will be yuzu,[1] and that one person in yuzu's community said or typed that this emulator was stealing the code without permission. In the end, yuzu's team intends to take down the emulator at some point.
