Delta is the successor to a popular GBA emulator, GBA4iOS, made by the same developer and started development back in March of 2015.  Similar to RetroArch, it uses a core based approach with each system running of it's own core, however it is not the same as Libretro format.  So far only the NES, SNES, N64, GB(C), and GBA are supported with NDS emulation currently in beta and only available to Patreon donors. Support for Sega Genesis emulation is planned for after NDS emulation is publicly released.

Overview

Delta is the successor to a popular GBA emulator, GBA4iOS, made by the same developer and started development back in March of 2015. Similar to RetroArch, it uses a core based approach with each system running of it's own core, however it is not the same as Libretro format. So far only the NES, SNES, N64, GB(C), and GBA are supported with NDS emulation currently in beta and only available to Patreon donors. Support for Sega Genesis emulation is planned for after NDS emulation is publicly released.

Issues

Due to Apple's unique philosophy on what is allowed to be on the App Store and limiting the ability to install third-party applications, installing the app can be a little bit complicated. Luckily there are multiple ways of installing and you can even do it without needing to jailbreak your phone, such as the developer's App Store alternative, AltStore.

Most of the systems have great compatibility, with the exceptions of DS emulation. Both DS cores are slow and have low compatibility, and can sometimes crash, but turning off low power mode can help. All systems also can have sound problems, ranging from crackling to latency of a few seconds.
