Cemu is an experimental, closed-source Wii U emulator for Microsoft Windows. Due to its early stage of development, only the GamePad controller is emulated, while also not emulating audio. It is currently highly unstable. It can, however, launch commercial games, though due to lack of optimization, is slow to do so.
