The security system here would need to have a real time monitoring operation running on a server so that it stops all those multiple IP addresses that the rogue bot is aggressively pursuing every day. The wiki's bot here seems to be asleep for at least 8 hours of the day, maybe because the computer it's running on would be turned off temporarily. Also the good bot seems to block those addresses quickly more often after you, Lil, or some others like BlueMoonRedSun revert some of that evil bot's edits. At some times, it seems to take that wiki not an awfully long time to block the bad bot's ID's, e.g. 8-ish hours, after I revert several of the edits from one of those new addresses. It's pretty demotivating for me to check in here on some days and see those outrageous cyber attacks the likes of which we've never seen before on this wiki or forums.

MediaWiki current version(s)[edit]
Prob a stupid question but is there any reason we aren't running newer versions of the wiki software? most of these releases are EOL, e.g. MediaWiki 1.32 is almost 6 years old, and there have been 2 LTS releases since that time, and current wikis are encouraged to use some version of PHP 8 instead of 7.
There might be a good reason, I just do not know what it is.
It's WebMint. A former contributor on a new alt account. I've been blocked on this wiki for over a year and I'm requsting to be unblocked on my previous account so that I can contribute with it again properly. - Alright, things are becoming even more unclear. What on earth is going on? and why would the website 4chan be my adversary? I don't even know it to use it!
- Like everyone else, I am simply making a contribution. I realize that the attempt to somewhat alter the main page's design was made quickly, but everyone else is also making a contribution to it in the SandBox that was made by another User.
- Additionally, I wrapped most of the tables in responsive divs because they were so clumsy on smartphones. Some users proposed wide tables to accommodate additional content, but if that constitutes vandalism and chaos, then this is just plain stupid.
- I do not really have many enemies on the internet—more like differing viewpoints than actual enemies—but I never participate in negativity because I want to use the internet to further emulation and have a positive impact, which makes me happy.
- I am sorry, but I have nothing else to say. If you find fault with my contributions, please contact me through my User Talk page. I assure you that I am a respectful, open-minded person who is eager to have a decent conversation. That's all folks.
