Hey. Could you please fix this problem where none of us can upload a file to the website. After trying to upload a pic file several times (and including editing the filename a bit and changing directory to grab the file from), it didn't work and led to this Action Failed page with the message below:

This issue seemed to occur after another admin, ITEM-3, updated this wiki's software from 1.26 or older to 1.31 or 1.32 on mid-February 2019. Inadvertently, it seems this has caused problems with file and image uploading processes here.

Upload file problem (After mediawiki software 1.31/1.32 update)

Hey. Could you please fix this problem where none of us can upload a file to the website.
