A series of self-contained handheld LCD games which Tiger pumped out from 1985 through to 2000 (Or the 2000's). Their large lineup of handheld LCD games spanned from generic themed games, to games featuring characters from well known franchises such as MC Hammer, Beverly Hills 90210, or Sonic the Hedgehog.

Despite their simplicity, these games were completely unemulated for a very long time due to a lack of information about their hardware and difficulties with dumping ROMs and accurately recreating graphics. After an extensive reverse engineering effort by several MAME developers, MAME became the first emulator to support many retro handheld electronic games.

Note that this page probably only focuses on Tiger Electronics' LCD handheld games only; and therefore any emulation information below for now excludes Tiger Electronics' latter handheld console releases including the Quiz Wiz (1993), R-Zone (1995), and Game.com (1997).

Tiger games were released under the Orlitronic label in France (and possibly other countries).
