Final Fantasy X Based on international version. Redone character models. Rerecorded soundtrack that's hit-or-miss.
Final Fantasy X-2 Redone character models.
God of War, God of War II Stable framerate, screen tearing fixed. Cropped widescreen, stretched HUD.

Jak and Daxter, Jak II, Jak 3 Sub-HD, cropped widescreen, a few minor graphical glitches. Vita suffers from massive slowdown, making it nigh unplayable.
Kingdom Hearts, Re:Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts II Altered character models, music. Based on the Final Mix updated versions.
Metal Gear Solid 2 HD ports based on Substance. Missing the skateboarding minigame.
Metal Gear Solid 3 HD ports based on Subsistence, meaning that Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake are included. 60 FPS. Missing Metal Gear Online, Secret Theater, Snake vs. Monkey, and Guy Savage.
Okami Altered visuals and credits in all ports.
Persona 3 Alternate battle system using elements from Persona 4. Has extra content. No FMVs.
Persona 4 Enhanced port with extra content. Some voices have changed in the English dub.
Ratchet & Clank 1-3 Moderately buggy ports.
Ratchet: Deadlocked Very buggy port.
Shadow of the Colossus Stable framerate. Based on the more difficult PAL release.
Silent Hill 2

Windows: Buggy, can mostly be fixed with patches.

PS3/360: HD version based on unfinished code. Stay far away.

Silent Hill 3 PS3/360: HD version based on unfinished code. Stay far away.
Silent Hill 4: The Room An awful port with 15 fps cutscenes. Supposedly playable.

Zone of the Enders
Zone of the Enders 2 The Xbox 360 version runs worse than the PS2 version. The PS3 version requires a patch to run as its best.
