Lakka is a lightweight Linux distribution designed for emulation. Built on RetroArch, it targets hardware meant to serve as dedicated emulation boxes. It is based on LibreELEC.[1]

It uses the XrossMediaBar (XMB) graphical user interface (GUI). Lakka has been ported to a multitude of hardware platforms.
