Emulators listed in this category are usually one of these:

  • Emulators used in official downloadable re-releases (Virtual Console and Official Sony Emulators). Usually ROMs or ISOs can be swapped to make them emulate other games.
  • Leaked emulators (Ensata, Dolphin (Nintendo), etc). They have low accuracy because they were intended only for game development.
  • A game may contain Emulators in Games, usually used for compilation releases or used as unlockable minigames.
