MRE (MAUI Runtime Environment) is a discontinued application runtime for feature phones that run on MediaTek's MAUI platform. MRE applications are most notably supported on some Nokia Series 30+, Alcatel, and Doro phones, as well as many Chinese counterfeit devices. The file extension for MRE apps is .vxp
