Only available on the Fourth generation Toronado Oldsmobile, the Visual Information Center took what the GCC accomplished and improved on everything. It also was a Touchscreen CRT-based computer that could control almost every function in the car, but this time, It had a color CRT and had features like an optional integrated hands-free cell phone capabilities.
