Over a year ago, I had an unnecessarary fit of temper and spammed pages with gibberish which resulted in a block on my main account WebMint. Since it's been this long, I take accountability and request to have the account reinstated. Would very much appreciate it. Hey. Could you please fix this problem where none of us can upload a file to the website. After trying to upload a pic file several times (and including editing the filename a bit and changing directory to grab the file from), it didn't work and led to this Action Failed page with the message below:

Hi there, I just wanted to share this in case it helps to pinpoint the problem or for other reasons. My account was logged out and banned, with a ban beginning in the year 2021 which doesn't make sense of course, when I woke up and reloaded the wiki page. This issue seemed to occur after another admin, ITEM-3, updated this wiki's software from 1.26 or older to 1.31 or 1.32 on mid-February 2019. Inadvertently, it seems this has caused problems with file and image uploading processes here.
