Talk:Nintendo Switch emulators

From Emulation General Wiki
Jump to navigation Jump to search

Now that there actually is an emulator (even though it cannot run commercial games at this point), the "no current emulators" tag being used in other pages like the Playstation 4 one should probably be changed. Currently, it says that there are currently no emulators for the Switch, but this is not the case anymore. -- 20:21, 19 January 2018 (EST)

Good catch. I'll make the template generalized by removing specific consoles. FosterHaven (talk) 02:02, 20 January 2018 (EST)

SphiNX is made by woman, not man[edit]

Please edit this

It's advised to add it right frickin now!

SXEmu has literally nothing. Skyline doesn't run any games. --LilShootDawg (talk) 11:45, 27 October 2019 (EDT)

"certains games are now fully playable"[edit]

There is an incorrect word error, it says that "certains games are now fully playable," when it is supposed to say "certain games are now fully playable." I cannot fix this because the page is for some reason protected. Can you fix this? Tag365 (talk) 04:28, 3 March 2020 (UTC)

Out of Date[edit]

The section about Yuzu is out of date. It can run many of the big 3D switch exclusives at ~60 FPS. Also they have already implemented Vulkan. I would update the article myself but it's locked. Toj97 (talk) 20:03, 25 June 2020 (UTC)

You can edit it now -Jpx (talk) 07:29, 26 June 2020 (UTC)
Thank you, I just updated it Toj97 (talk) 15:58, 26 June 2020 (UTC)

What happened to switchdroid?[edit]

There’s another switch emulator called switchdroid, look here:

To be honest, I don't know if this emulator is legit or not like the other Nintendo Switch "Android Emulators" scams or EggNS. -Red_Man1989
Terribly designed website and download links should ring the bell. Very possibly a scam. Randname (talk) 09:01, 1 December 2022 (UTC)
